(WebMoney, Yandex Money, QIWI)

1. How to choose a Premium Key.


  • Click on file which you want to download and select "Get premium"; click on "Get premium" button on the main page of the site or just follow this link -  http://livefile.org/getpremium
  • Chose one of your Premium Key - "Speed", "Storage" or "Time" 
  • Specify the amount of traffic (in Gb) if your choose is "Speed" key (e-mail is not obligatory); method of payment will be - Z-Payment press "Pay now" button.
  • Specify the amount of disk space (in Gb), choose the duration of the key (not necessarily, one month is default) and specify your e-mail, if your choose is "Storage" key; method of payment will be - Z-Payment; press "Pay now" button.
  • Choose the duration of the key and specify your e-mail if your choose is "Time" key; method of payment will be - Z-Payment; press "Pay now" button.


When you select a desired option to you, you can see all the available methods of payment. We'll talk more about the 3 of them: WebMoney, Yandex Money and QIWI (they are marked on the screen below).



2. How to use and pay by WebMoney.



1. Download and install WM Keeper Classic

Start the installer and follow the onscreen instructions.

When the program is installed onto your computer, you can register as a new member of the system.

During registration you will receive a unique 12-digit WM-ID, together with Z- R- E- and U- purses.

To launch WM Keeper Classic go to the Start menu. When the program starts and the sign-in dialogue screen appears, enter your WM-ID and password (received during registration). Wait for the program to connect to the verification server (status Online) to access your WM-purses and any transactions within the system.


WM Keeper Classic contains four tag-windows (users, purses, incoming, and info regarding useful internet resources). Click on the tags to switch between the windows.

Each window contains a context menu for quick access to other options. Right mouse-click on a field to open its context menu.

Purses and Transfers

The purses window contains a list of purse numbers, reference names, and the WM stored in them. Every purse has its own indicator of the purse type and availability of WM within it.

The right-mouse-click context menu in the purses window has the following options:

  •  «Send WM» - transfers your WM to another user
  •  «History» - displays the transactions for the purse or outgoing invoices
  • «Create…» - creates a new purse
  • «Delete…» - deletes the purse
  • «Add funds…» - adds funds to the purse
  • «Copy purse number to clipboard» - copies the selected purse number to the clipboard
  • «Properties…» - allows the user to view/change the selected purse properties
  • «Customize menu…» - allows the user to set a menu item as the default action when a purse is double-clicked . 

Transferring Funds

With WM Keeper you can transfer funds from one purse to another.

To transfer WM, right click on your purse and click Send WM (to a WebMoney purse); in the dialogue window set the amount to transfer, the purse of the recipient and any comments you may have. The recipient’s purse must be of the same type as that of the sender

History

With WM Keeper you can view the list of transactions (History>Transactions), the invoices you have sent (History>Outgoing invoices) and the history of e-mail payments (History>e-mail payments) for your selected purse.

The list of transactions for your purse contains the dates and details of incoming and outgoing transactions. Each record is marked with a symbol that denotes the transaction type.  The list of transactions also has a context menu with the following options:

  • «Open…» - opens the details of the transaction
  • «Copy…» - allows you to make another transfer with the same transaction details (for payments only)
  • «Complete…» - allows you to enter the protection-code for the transaction
  • «Return» - allows you to return a credit
  • «List export…» - allows you to save the list of transactions to a CSV-file
  • «User details…» - displays information about the user participating in the transaction .

The list of outgoing invoices contains the dates and details of the invoice you have prepared. More information about the list of invoices can be found in the "Invoices" section.

 

The history of e-mail payments contains the dates and details (i.e. a user's e-mail and the amount), of the selected purse payments, PIN code and the status of the current transaction.

Creating a New Purse

With WM Keeper you can create various types of purses. The type of the purse is determined by the WM selected in the "New..." dialogue window. In addition to being able to choose between the WM type, you can also name your purse (purely for your convenience). After you click "New…", you will be prompted to read the conditions of using a new purse. Click "Agree" and the purse will be created..

Invoices

There are two types of invoices in the system: those received by you from other users requesting payment (incoming invoices) and those sent by you to other members (outgoing invoices).

The List of Incoming Invoices

The list of incoming invoices in WM Keeper Classic contains unpaid invoices with the description of your purchase and the amount to be paid. You can see the list in your WM Keeper by going to Menu -> Incoming invoices. 

Every record is marked by a invoice status indicator (invoice pending payment or payment rejected). The list has a context menu with the following options:

  • «Pay…» - allows you to fill out the details of your payment and pay the selected invoice
  • «Reject» - refuses to pay an invoice 
  • «Properties…» - displays the details of the invoice
  • «User details...»  - displays the billing user’s contacts
  • «View all» - displays the list of all (unpaid, paid and rejected) invoices for the selected purse
  • «List export…» - allows you to save the list of invoices to a CSV-file
  • «Search...» - finds a particular invoice with search criteria defined by you.

The List of Outgoing Invoices

The list of outgoing invoices can be found in the purse context menu (History>Outgoing invoices), in the user context menu (History>Outgoing invoices) or in WM Keeper Classic main menu (Outgoing invoices>View all).

The list of outgoing invoices contains invoice dates and details. Every record is marked with a symbol that denotes the transaction type (ie paid, pending payment, buyer-rejected). The same symbols are used in the list of incoming invoices. The list has a context menu with the following options:

  • «Send…» - allows you to fill out the details of your invoice (copy it)
  • «Properties…» - displays the details of the invoice
  • «List export…» - allows you to save the list of invoices to a CSV-file
  • «Search...» - looks for a particular invoice with search criteria defined by you.

Sending an Invoice

With WM Keeper you can make outgoing invoices to be paid to a specific purse.

To draw up an invoice, you have to fill out the dialogue window with the recipient’s WM-identifier, reference # in the store, amount, purchase description, delivery address, purse # for WM transfer and the duration of invoice validity.  For code-protected transactions, the protection period (in days) should also be specified.

Users

The users window contains a list of WebMoney Transfer member IDs with whom you have exchanged messages, invoices or WM.  Each list item contains a user WM-ID or a name for the user (if you attributed one). The users are marked with symbols that denote their status in WM Transfer, their passport availability and type.

WM Keeper Classic Status

WM Keeper Classic functions are also accessible via the icon in the system tray.

After installation and first launch, WM Keeper will appear in the taskbar located in the bottom right-hand corner of your desktop. The icon informs you of the following statuses:

Online You received WebMoney Invoice rejected
Offline Incoming invoice Registration in process
Connecting to the server New message

WM Keeper Classic Connection Troubleshooting

When WM Keeper Classic is online it attempts to connect to the WM verification server on TCP port 2802. For this reason a proxy server on your computer (used to provide access to the internet) must be configured to allow data transmission on this port to the verification server.


Currently, the verification servers have the following remote host name: wmsc.webmoney.ru; and IP addresses:

WM Keeper Classic does not have an embedded proxy client. If you need a proxy connection to work with WM Keeper Classic, you will need to install an external proxy-client. This software forms part of your proxy-server package or is available separately.

Depending on the type and version, the proxy software configuration may vary. In some cases, a proxy configuration may not work (eg proxy is inaccessible). In such cases you may have to use software that allows the bypassing of proxy-servers.

Below you will find instructions on setting up various proxy-servers and software.

Check for access to certification server through the port 2802: 

In the Windows Start menu -> Run, type "cmd" (without the quotes), click OK, and then in the dialog box, type:

telnet (IP-address of certification server) 2802 and press «Enter».

When you press the «Enter» to the window should be a message about the loss of connection:


If there is no connection, then the message will "Connect failed" either by pressing the «Enter» key, cursor will move without producing the messages.

 

If you have not been able to access the verification server, you can use WM Keeper Light.

2. Top up WebMoney wallet (WMZ) by one of the following method:

  • Exchange PayPal to WMZ with one of the following services:

    Read the terms of the exchange of each service. In a different time, conditions of exchange may differ favorably!

  • Use  WebMoney Geo-service,  choose your country or search your city and you will see all exchange services, available to you.


  • 3. Payment process:


    • Run WM Keeper Classic (if it wasn't running yet)
    • Chose one of your Premium Key - "Speed", "Storage" or "Time"; method of payment will be - Z-Payment; press "Pay now" button
    • Click on "pay online" button opposite to webmoney icon
    • Click on "Pay via WebMoney"

    • Be convinced that "Keeper Classic" is chosen, remember security code and click on "Next" button

    • Enter the Security code and click on "Yes" button

    • Choose your WMZ-wallet (must be chosen by default) and confirm your payment

    • Click on "Go to merchant's website" (if you are not redirected automatically)
    • Click on "Back to LiveFile.org" button (if you are not redirected automatically)
    • You did it! Write down and save your key!

    3. How to use and pay by Yandex Money.



    If you want to use Yandex Money, you can do it very easy, just follow next 3 steps!

    1. Registration.



    First of all you need to register Yandex Money account, so, follow on http://money.yandex.ru/ and click to "Зарегистрироваться" (as in the example screen below) in the left blue window, or try to use this link - "Registration"



    Next, you can see "First registration step". Just type your First name, Last name and Login as in the example screen below:


    When you fill in all fields, click "Next" and you will see "Second registration step". Type your data as in example screen below:



    Drop-down list of secret questions is as follows:
    1. Your Mother's maiden name
    2. Your favorite dish
    3. Zip code of your parents
    4. Date of birth of your grandmother's
    5. Your nickname in school
    6. Your passport number (ID)
    7. The last five digits of your credit card
    8. The last five digits of your INN (tax identification number)
    9. Your favorite phone number
    10. Your own question
    When you fill in all fields, click "Registration" and you will see "Congratulations screen!" like this:



    If you receive an error message like "Connection closed by remote server", just click "Back" button in your browser, fill up all fields again and click "Registration".
    Now, you must to fill up your payment data. Click on "Платежные данные" (Payment Data) above the "Congratulations" title or try to use this link - "Payment Data"
    Next, you can see "Payment Data Settings". Fill up all fields as in example screen below:


    Drop-down list of "Document, certifying your identity" is as follows:
    1. Russian passport
    2. Military ID
    3. Officer's identification document
    4. A diplomatic passport of the Russian Federation
    5. Service Russian passport
    6. Other document
    When you fill in all fields, click "Save" button and you will see the following screen:


    Here you can see all the data you entered earlier.
    Now you must finish all the settings and activate your personal account. So, follow on http://money.yandex.ru/  (Log in, if you are not logged in) and click on the button as in the example screen below:


    This is the last step of  activation. You can see a page with just only one button - "Открыть счет" (Open account) as in example screen below. Just click it!


    Congratulations! Now you totally finished your activation process! Write down your personally account number (it marked in a red square as in example screen below) and your payment password!

    2. Top Up your account.


    In this step we will consider all possible ways to deposit money in Yandex account.

    A. The first method - a binding credit card to your account.

    Credit Card in your wallet!
    If you have a bank card, issued in Russia, CIS and Israel, you can tie it to the account in Yandex.Money and pay for goods and services directly from her. Payments from the card instantly and securely, the commission will be charged for them.
    Remember that the card is tied in this manner is intended only for purchases, but you can replenish your account by any other means.

    Please note:

    to bind, you must have available funds on the card and the opportunity to receive information about the operations (SMS-notification or internet banking);
    payment from the card can not in all stores that accept Yandex.Money.

    To bind the credit card to your account follow this link - https://sp-money.yandex.ru/card/card-payment/bind-check.xml , type your payment password and click on "Confirm" button (as in the example screen below).



    This page tells you:
    "Confirm that you want to attach your credit card to your Yandex.Money account.
    After entering the password, the payment you will be redirected to a secure page processing center Gateline.net. On it you will need to enter your card details and confirm the binding.
    In addition, you may need an additional authorization of Technology 3-D Secure Online bank that issued your card."

    Next you will see the following screen:

     

    This page tells you:
    "To bind your account Yandex.Money with Visa card or MasterCard, fill out the form on this page.
      On your card will be blocked a small random amount. To confirm the binding you will need to enter this amount on the next page, or an authorization code.
      Fill out this form within 10 minutes."

    On the following page it will be necessary for you to enter the blocked amount and the binding of your credit card will be finished.
    Now you can make purchases on the Internet using your account in Yandex Money, and the sum will be written off directly from your credit card!


    B. The second method - Deposit accounts: 0% commission

    C. The third method - Wire Transfers

    On this page you can choose a system of bank transfers. Click on any of them, to see the conditions of transfer.
    Inhabitants and visitors of Russia can use system of remittances "Город" and "Юнистрим", and also mail of Russia.
    Inhabitants of Russia and the CIS can use systems international, remittances CONTACT and Anelik.

    To place money through CONTACT, it is necessary:
    1. To choose the point of reception of payments nearest to you
    2. To inform the cashier-operator that you want to transfer money resources into account in Yandex.Money through system CONTACT
    3. To show the passport (or the military ID) and other necessary documents
    4. To name the sum of transfer and an account number of system «Yandex.Money»
    5. To grant the necessary sum (taking into account the commission)
    6. To receive the receipt on payment
    Attention: keep the received receipt until be convinced that the translated amounts arrived into your account in system.

    The commission makes 1,5 % (for Russia) and 2 % (for other countries). Term of receipt of means for the account — from several seconds till two o'clock.


    System of remittances "Anelik".

    To place money through Anelik, it is necessary:
    1. To choose the point of reception of payments nearest to you
    2. To inform the cashier-operator that you want to transfer money resources into account in Yandex.Money through system Anelik
    3. To show the passport (or the military ID) and other necessary documents
    4. To name the sum of transfer and an account number of system «Yandex.Money»
    5. To grant the necessary sum (taking into account the commission)
    6. To receive the receipt on payment
    The commission makes 1,5 % from the payment sum. Transfer is made instantly.


    D. The fourth method - e-currency exchange services

    For use services of an exchange of electronic currencies, you can use one of offered by Yandex, services of currency exchange. For choose one of them, just follow this link.

    • Click on "Pay" button

    • Enter your Login name in Yandex Money, your password and click on "Enter" button

    • Enter your payment password and click on "Confirm" button

    • Click "Back to LiveFile.org" button

    • But in certain cases the page looks on the unclear coding. All you have to do it is simple to press the button "Back to LiveFile.org"

    4. How to pay with QIWI.



    • Chose one of your Premium Key - "Speed", "Storage" or "Time"; method of payment will be - Z-Payment; press "Pay now" button
    • Click on "pay online" button opposite to QIWI icon
    • Click on "Go to the payment" button

    • Enter your mobile phone number and click on "To bill" button

    • Next page - is details of your order
    • Now we should find the QIWI terminal! It looks approximately here so
    • Press the button "QIWI a purse"
     
    • Or it can be "A personal cabinet" depending on the program version
    • Enter your mobile phone number and press the "Next" button
    • Press the button "accounts for payment"
    • Choose the necessary account or just press the "Pay" button
    • Here you can see the accounts chosen by you for payment. Press the "Yes" button
     
    • Choose a method of payment - "Cash"
    • Next page - is details of your payment. Just press the "Next" button
    • Insert money into the terminal and press the "Next" button
    • Take your check and surely keep it before receipt of payment. Transfer all change to the number of the mobile phone
    • Now go home and check the e-mail. You should receive the letter from "robot00@z-payment.info". Just follow the link from this letter
